Chocolate Cake Without Flour

"My dear, at me for you the smart recipe of a tasty chocolate cake. He not only will please you with the taste but also will keep your figures harmonious!"



Ingredients


I had 7 eggs, 7 tablespoons of sugar, 7 tablespoons of cocoa powder (unsweetened), 2 tbsps of soft butter, 4 tbsps of olive oil, 100 g of coconut flakes, 1 tbsp of a baking powder and a pinch of salt (salt perfectly shades taste of chocolate).

For glaze I took 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder, 3 tbsps of sugar, 2 tablespoons of sour cream, 50 grams of butter.

Method


In general, all preparation comes down to beating of all components together. 
For a basis just mixed all ingredients in the blender to smooth homogeneous mass, poured in a silicone form and baked at 170C 40 minutes.

For glaze in a stewpan mixed the sifted cocoa powder, sour cream, sugar, stirring constantly well warmed up on low heat. Added oil, brought to dissolution, stirring constantly and removed from fire. As soon as glaze cooled down a little, I covered with it cake.

Surely cool cake at least two hours in the refrigerator.
