Brauni

"Simple recipe of a brauna! Try, very tasty!"


Іngredients


- 100gr cocoa
- 2 eggs
- sweetener
- 300 ml of water


Method


Fill in cocoa with water and boil thoroughly this mix on a water bath. Add to sakhza. While all this cooks, we separate the yolks from the whites. We shake up yolks and to add to already boiled thoroughly mix. We remove from heat. Fast we beat whites to peaks and we add to chocolate. We mix thoroughly, we pour out in a form we send to an oven at 200*C for 8 min. Don't overdo!! We cool. Also we put in the refrigerator for the night;)

"Dear ladies try to prepare Lokhikeytto – the Finnish creamy salmon soup."



Іngredients



- 3 tbsps olive oil
- 1 bunch of onions leek
- 3 glasses + 1 tbsp of water
- 1 bay leaf
- 340 g of potatoes
- 340 g of fillet of a salmon
- 3/4 glasses of cream
- 1 tbsps of starch
- 1 tablespoons of butter
- salt and pepper
- fresh parsley or fennel
- lemon 


Method


1. In a big pan heat olive oil and stew onions. 
2. As soon as onions became soft, pour in 3 glasses of water and throw bay leaf. 
3. Bring to boiling.
4. Reduce fire and lay out potatoes. 
5. Cover and cook until the readiness of potatoes.
6. Lay out in a pan a salmon and you cook about 5 minutes.
7. Then pour in cream and mix.
8. Prepare gruel, having mixed starch with 1 tablespoon of water, stirring slowly until dissolved starch.
9. Add this gruel to soup and you cook so far soup won't thicken.
10. Throw butter, mix and remove from fire.
11. Salt and pepper to taste.
12. Powder with enough the cut parsley or fennel.

Pepper — to taste


Method


1. Put to be boiled water in a pan, wash out rice several times, fill up in water, salt and leave on the weakest fire under a cover.
2. Skin fish, separate meat from bones and cut convenient pieces.
3. In a frying pan heat vegetable oil, put the cut fish, salt, pepper, mix.
4. Fill in fish with cream, bring to boiling and leave on weak fire for 2–3 minutes.
5. Add small chopped onions to fish, mix and it is possible to disconnect fire.
6. By this time rice has to cook. Splash in it a little olive oil, mix, spread out on plates. Over rice put a good portion of a salmon with cream.

Whim With Beet And Original Pesto

The counter of this recipe is an unusual combination of beet, fresh and dried tomatoes, a gentle mozzarella and the original pesto sauce from pumpkin sunflower seeds made according to my author's recipe.



Іngredients



✔ fresh tomatoes (2 averages) - 160 g.
✔ boiled beet - 160 g.
✔ dried tomatoes (not necessarily) - 30 g. 
✔ a mozzarella (1 ball) - 100 g.
✔ dietary pesto sauce with a basil and pumpkin sunflower seeds - 60 g.
✔ balsamic vinegar - 1 tsp. 
✔ olive oil - 1 tsp. 


Method

1. To cut tomatoes and boiled beet half rings, to lay out them on portion plates and to sprinkle the olive oil mixed with balsamic vinegar. 
2. Cut a ball of a mozzarella and lay out from above on vegetables, it is possible at desire to add the cut in small pieces dried tomatoes on a plate. 
3. From above on a mozzarella to lay out a little pumpkin and basilic pesto. And salad is ready!

The Danish Pancakes With Bilberry From Martha Stewart

Big eggs — 4 pieces.
Whole milk — 1 glass.

Method

1. Warm an oven to 200ºC
2. Mix eggs, milk, flour, sugar, a lemon dried peel and salt in the blender. Heat small pig-iron frying pans or one big on a high heat. Add and kindle butter.
3. To evenly distribute dough and berries between frying pans.
4. Bake 15–20 minutes. Pancakes have to be reddened and grab.
5. Sprinkle on the Danish pancakes berries and the sifted icing sugar. Serve at once.

Banana Smoothie With Dates

the fat-free yogurt 1 glass
bananas of 2 pieces.
dried dates 1/2 of a cup

Method


1. Cut dates in half and remove stones, cut bananas on small pieces.

Method



1. Peel avocado, cut in half, to remove a stone, and to lay pulp in a blender bowl.

Scalloped Potatoes With Garlic And Cream

"And again simple recipe! If you don't manage to prepare anything for arrival of the husband, scalloped potatoes with garlic and cream will be your rescue! Very tasty and simply!"

medium potatoes — 8 pieces.
garlic — 4 cloves
parsley — 1 bunch
vegetable oil — 4 tablespoons.
salt — to taste
pepper — to taste
heavy cream — 400 ml



Method



1. We warm an oven to 200ºC. We clean and wash potatoes, then we cut into thin slices (2–3 mm). Small we cut garlic and parsley.
2. We warm oil in a heavy bottomed frying pan on average fire. We spread potatoes slices, we mix a wooden spoon that all slices were covered with oil. We add salt, pepper. We continue to mix until we see how slices of potatoes become sticky.
3. We add garlic and we pour in cream, it is exactly so much how many it is necessary to cover completely potatoes slices, but no more. We diminish fire and we cook potatoes about five more minutes until cream a little thickens. Then we remove a frying pan from fire and we check spices for taste. It is possible to add salt or pepper to this moment if their quantity seems insufficient.

1. Clean and cut banana into circles.

Lower layer: 
200-230 гр. cookies (like "Anniversary"); 
100 g. sweet cream butter; 
60 g. coconut flakes; 
50 g. sugar; 
30 g. cocoa powder; 
1 egg 
Center: 
250-350 g. icing sugar; 
60 g. sweet cream butter; 
2-3 tbsps of milk; 
Vanillin / vanilla sugar to taste (facultatively) 
Top layer: 
200 g. bitter chocolate; 
2 tbsps of butter

Method


1) On low heat to kindle butter (100 g.), to mix with sugar and cocoa powder (to sift). Stir. To slightly beat egg a fork, 1 minute (it is possible to add a salt pinch), to gradually pour in it in oil mix. Cook, stirring slowly, about 2 minutes (mix has to thicken) to remove from fire.
2) Add crushed (to a small crumb) cookies and coconut flakes. Stir.
3) Slightly to grease a form with sides with butter, to lay out a basis and to stamp. Send to the refrigerator for an hour.
4) For the center to connect icing sugar, oil and it is a little milk, to shake up. If necessary to add a little more powder - the layer has to be initially dense since during cooling will practically not harden. 
5) Apply cream over a basis. Put into the refrigerator for 40-60 minutes.
6) On a water bath to kindle chocolate with oil, to cool a little and to evenly cover a dessert. 
7) Cool before hardening, cut and serve.

Gilthead With A Lemon

GILTHEAD 2 pieces

LEMONS 1 piece

BAY LEAF of 4 g

OLIVE OIL of 70 ml

PAPRIKA 1 tablespoon

SALT



Method




1. Peel, draw fish, to wash out carefully inside and outside. Dry tissues and grate with a small amount of salt. Cut a lemon in half; postpone one half, to cut the second thin circles. Put in an internal cavity of each fish 2–3 circles of a lemon and on 2 laurel leaves. Warm an oven to 190 C. 

 2. Cover a baking sheet with the sheet of parchment. Mix olive oil with a paprika. Put fish on a baking sheet and to pour generously with this mix. Put in an oven and bake 10 min. Pour ready fish with the juice which is squeezed out of the remained half of a lemon and at once to serve the Gilthead from a limonomdorad with a lemon

Rice With Chicken

2 tbsps of salt
1-2 garlic gloves
favourite seasonings


Method

1. We dissolve salt in cold water, we lower a breast and we leave for 12 hours.
2. Later time we wash out a breast and we dry.
3. We warm an oven to a maximum. Garlic is squeezed out through a press, we mix with a curry, Chile, a paprika, a turmeric or Provence herbs - choose any spices.
4. The breast is densely drawn by threads, we grate with mix of seasonings and we send to an oven for 15-20 minutes, depends on the size of a turkey. After the end of preparation we leave a dish in an oven before full cooling.

Wonderful Pancakes

Milk - 200 milliliters
Sugar - 2 tablespoons
Eggs - 3 pieces
Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
the Baking powder - 0,5 teaspoons
Flour - 130 grams
Vanilin – 1 bag
Salt (on a knife tip)


Method

We separate the yolks from the whites, we add to yolks salt on a knife tip. Then we pour in milk, we add flour, a baking powder and vanillin. We mix before receiving homogeneous mass. We beat whites before formation of white foam. We add sugar and we mix.

Accurately we mix in whites with yolks and we mix. We add vegetable oil, again we mix. Dough for pancakes is ready! We warm a frying pan without oil and we bake pancakes. We overturn pancakes at emergence of bubbles. We decorate ready pancakes with syrup and berries.

A Lasagna With Meat Stuffing

For a lasagna:

The mixed forcemeat — 650 g
Onions — 1 piece.

Milk — 350–400 ml

Method

1. Warm a frying pan with vegetable oil, fry the cut onions and garlic to softness. Add mincemeat and cook, breaking a paddle until it is reddened. Dobavat spices and tomato sauce, cook 5 more minutes. Put aside.
 2. Grate cheese.
3. Make bechamel. Kindle oil in a frying pan. Add flour and fry till golden color, stirring slowly. Gradually, portions to pour in milk, stirring a nimbus. Has to viscous sauce of average density will turn out. Add spice and remove from fire.

Salt — 1 pinch

Stuffing:

Apples sweet-sour — 4 pieces.
Sugar — 2-3 tablespoons.
Cinnamon — 1 tablespoon.

Method


1. We part yeast with warm water (0,2 glass.), we add a teaspoon of sugar and we cover with a film. When yeast rises a cap, we add a little flour, sugar, salt, vanilla. Further we add beaten-up eggs, the kindled butter, vegetable oil and warm milk. We mix well everything. We add the sifted flour and we knead a rake. When dough becomes dense, we put it on a silicone rug and we mix minutes 5-7. We put in capacity and we cover with a towel and in heat that "reached". After once again we mix.
2. For stuffing we cut apples in cubes, we add sugar, cinnamon, we mix. We spread apples on the cut-out forms from dough. We bake about 25-30 minutes at 180 °C.

French Salad

Small potatoes — 500 g.
Olive oil — 2 tablespoons.

● Tomato sauce — 1,5 Cups

Method


Prepare products. Cover chicken with mix of olive oil with herbs. Fry chicken breast till golden color. Lay out tomato sauce on chicken. Sprinkle on chicken cheese a mozzarella and parmesan. Lay out oil pieces on cheese. Bake at 220 degrees so far cheese won't melt.

Ground paprika to taste
Black ground pepper to taste


Method



In a bowl of the blender mix avocado pulp, vegetable broth, coconut water, a lime, ground caraway seeds, garlick powder, sea salt. Shake up until smooth. Postpone.
Warm a nonstick frying pan on average fire. Add coconut oil. Warm up.
Fry shrimps with a paprika, garlick powder and salt within 2 minutes from each party.
Pour cream soup on cups. From above lay out shrimps and canned tomatoes.
Avocado and shrimps soup usually give cold, but it is possible to eat it and warm. For this purpose warm up it on a plate or a frying pan.
