Super Briscet

"For a weekend with friends SUPER BRISKET will be the main course on your table!"

Іngredients


1,5 kg of brisket;
4 pieces of onion;
1 head of garlic;
salt, pepper, bay leaf;
1/2 glasses of sparkling water.

Method


The skin on my pieces was thin, but following advice of the original recipe, I removed it. We will cut brisket large chunks (not up to the end). We grate with salt, pepper, added for causticity also Cayenne. Inserted largely cut garlic into cuts, rumpled half rings of onions and laid round meat, powdered with the crushed bay leaf.

Meat of 6 hours in the refrigerator was pickled. Turned in a foil (see a photo) brisket, all onions put down, under meat, added 1/2 glasses of highly carbonated water and sent to an oven for 1 hour 20 minutes (190 degrees).
