The Belgian Wafers With Bacon

"Tasty wafers for breakfast! The husband will be delighted!"


Іngredients


MILK of 300 ml
WHEAT FLOUR of 250 g
CREAM of 200 ml
ICING SUGAR of 70 g
DRY YEAST 1 teaspoon
BUTTER of 150 g
EGG 4 pieces
SALT to taste
BACON of 150 g

Method


1. Bring milk and cream to boiling, but you don't boil.
2. Kindle butter and connect to creamy and milk mix.
3. Connect flour to sugar and yeast. Add egg yolks and mix thoroughly. Pour in creamy mix, stirring constantly. Knead dough.
4. Beat egg whites with salt before formation of foam. Add to dough and mix thoroughly.
5. Warm a waffle iron and spread dough a thin even layer. Bake 2 – 3 minutes.
6. Fry bacon on butter.
7. Serve wafers with bacon.
