Fritters With Potatoes And Cheese

"Potatoes fritter, in combination with cheese, isn't worse on taste than usual, all acquaintances dough fritter at all, and can even be more tasty. Potato fritters in a different way are called – hash browns."

3 pieces. Potatoes
1 pieces. Bulb
1/4 St. Flour
50 гр. Cheese
1 pieces. Egg
Salt, pepper

Method


To make potato and cheese fritters, first of all wash out and peel potatoes. Then grate it on not average grater. If potatoes big, then cut them in half in order that it was more convenient to grate. 
Then peel necessary quantity of bulbs and too grate on a small grater. In small capacity mix grated onions and potatoes, mix, then shift the received mix in a gauze and carefully wring out all juice in order that onions and potatoes were drier. Postpone for 2 minutes and again repeat action.
While you wait, grate cheese, too on an average grater and put aside till the necessary moment.

After you did all necessary with potatoes and cheese can start the following stage. For this purpose shake up flour, salt and pepper. Mix everything together and there add grated potatoes, onions and cheese that they became one weight. Then add egg and mix once again to a necessary ropish consistence.

The last stage is a browning of the received dough from cheese, potatoes, onions, flour and seasonings. Warm a big frying pan and pour some sunflower oil. As soon as oil thaws, and the frying pan will heat up to the necessary temperature, by means of a spoon shift several pieces of dough for a frying pan and press them a spoon that small flat cakes turned out. Roast on average fire about 1-2 minutes, before emergence of a golden crust, then turn and repeat. Roast from each party and your dish is ready. It is the best of all to serve with sour cream and greens, from above you can decorate with cheese.
