Paste With Shrimps

"This paste with shrimps and tomatoes will be to the taste even to those who cool treat seafood in general and to shrimps in particular. It is incredibly simple, but really very tasty. Surely try!"

Іngredients

The shrimps (peeled and de-stalked) — 200 g
Olive oil — 2 tablespoons.
Fetuchina paste (or any other at your choice) — 200 g
Parsley — 1 handful
Olive oil — 1 tablespoon.
Salt — 0,25 tsp.
Tomato paste (or tinned tomatoes) — 400 g
Flakes of red pepper — 0,25 tsp.
Black pepper — to taste
Garlic — 4 cloves

Method

1. You will boil a big pan of water and you cook paste of 7-10 minutes.
2. While paste cooks, prepare shrimps: in a frying pan on average fire kindle butter and warm olive oil. Add crushed garlic and cook 1 minute until it gives aroma. Right after it add the peeled washed shrimps. Continue to cook 3–5 minutes until shrimps become reddish. But not to full readiness. Move them to other ware and so far lay aside.
3. Place tinned tomatoes or tomato paste in the same frying pan, add salt, red and black pepper and cook on slow fire of 5 minutes, periodically stirring slowly.
4. When sauce a little thickens, add paste. Mix paste with sauce and add a shrimp. Again mix and try. If it is necessary, add salt. The last stroke for laying — fresh parsley. It decorates and gives to a dish a fresh look. Small cut greens and sprinkle it on paste.

Bon appetit!
