The Crackling Chicken Wings On A Grill

"The crackling chicken wings on a grill perfectly will approach for warm vespers з friends!"


Іngredients


Chicken wings — 16-20 pieces.
Olive oil — 1 tablespoon. 
Garlick powder — 1 tablespoon. 
Mustard powder — 1 tablespoon. 
Paprika — ½ tsp. 
Curry powder — ½ tsp. 
Salt — to taste 
Black pepper — to taste

Method


1. At wings to chop off the last phalanx. 
2. Mix oil with garlick and mustard powder, a curry and a paprika, to salt and pepper to taste. Add slightly water that paste turned out. 
3. Cover wings, cover with a film, leave for 1 hour at the room temperature. 
4. Heat an aero deep fryer to 180 °C. Lay out wings. By means of the timer to choose preparation time 20-22 minutes. Fry wings before formation of the crackling golden crust.
