Brizol

"Thought what such tasty to prepare for arrival of the husband... Also decided to make brizol... Brizol is the forcemeat fried in egg... In it it is possible to wrap any stuffing... It is so tasty!"


Іngredients

- ground beef - 800 g, 
- mayonnaise - 200 g, 
- large tomatoes - 2 pieces, 
- garlic - 3-4 cloves, 
- eggs - 10 pieces, 
- vegetable oil for frying, 
- greens, salt, pepper 

Method

Forcemeat is passed via the meat grinder 2-3 times, we add salt, pepper and one egg 

Well we knead 

Divide forcemeat on 10-13 balls
