"Tasty for dinner. Please the family more often!"

Soy sauce — 1,5 tablespoons.
Lime juice — 1 tablespoon.
Ginger ground — 1 tsp.
Tuna — 300 g
Salt — to taste
Black pepper ground — to taste
Olive oil — 1 tsp.
Tomatoes — 1 piece.
Cucumbers — 2 pieces.
Rice vinegar — 1 tsp.
Sesame oil — 1 tablespoon.
Green onions — 1 bunch
Method
In a small bowl shake up soy sauce, juice of a lime and ginger. Put aside.
Heat oil on a frying pan on average fire. Salt stakes of a tuna, pepper and put on a heated frying pan.
Fry stakes on one party about 4 minutes, then turn and fry on other party within 4 minutes. When the tuna is almost ready, add the made sauce and, inclining a frying pan, let's it spread on all frying pan. Stew in sauce stakes about 30 seconds, then turn on other party and stew 30 more seconds, remove from fire.
Meanwhile make a garnish. For this purpose mix together the cut tomatoes and cucumbers. Season all with vinegar and sesame oil, salt and pepper to taste.
Serve a tuna with vegetable salad, having decorated with small cut green onions.
