Ready puff pastry — 250 g
Mushrooms — 300 g
Onions — 2 pieces.
Green onions — 1 bunch
Sea salt — to taste
Freshly ground pepper — to taste
Eggs — 3 pieces.
Cheese — 300 g
Cream — 100 g
Butter — for frying
Method
1. We defreeze a half of packing of ready puff pastry. We roll it and we spread in a form with rather high boards (that more stuffing held), we pin dough a fork in several places. We warm an oven to 180 °C.
2. We cook stuffing. At first we cut napiform and green onions and we grate cheese. Mushrooms if they large, we cut to the acceptable sizes. We fry onions on butter, then we add mushrooms there, we mix, we salt, we pepper and we fry a little more. Then we allow to cool down a little.
3. Slightly we shake up eggs with cream. We add cheese, green onions, egg mix to onions and mushroom weight, it is a little more pepper. We spread all stuffing in a form and we put kish in an oven to be baked within 30–40 minutes. When stuffing is baked and from above the pleasant golden crust is formed, everything is ready. It is possible to serve as we heat, and cold.
