Method
In a bowl mix to Saca, rice vinegar and soy sauce. Put aside.
Heat oil in a big frying pan on average fire.
Salt fillet of a salmon and pepper.
Fry a salmon a thin skin the vnikh within 4 minutes. Then turn fillet and cook 2 more minutes. Shift fish to a plate.
Merge fat from a frying pan.
In a frying pan pour in sauce. Bring to boiling and cook on average fire within 4 minutes. Cook until sauce decreases in volume.
Add some fillet of a salmon a thin skin up and cook 2 more minutes.
Before giving sprinkle on fish red pepper in flakes.
