Potatoes Dauphin

Іngredients


Potatoes — 9 pieces.
Butter — 9 tsp.
Cheese, thin slices — 9 pieces.
Salt — to taste

Method


1. Wash and peel potatoes, having cut off a small circle from one edge so that potatoes could be put vertically. On all length of potatoes to make cuts, as for French fries, but not dorezy to edge about 1 cm. 
2. Salt, pepper, in potatoes to put one teaspoon of oil, at will it is possible to add garlic. 
3. Put potatoes in a high form for roasting, and from above to lay pieces of cheese. Bake until golden brown.
