"Dear ladies, to your attention the recipe of beef Wellington. This festive beef sirloin dish will be pertinent to your table."

Beef sirloin — 1 kg
Nut oil a macadamia — 5 tablespoons.
Champignons — 250 g
Butter — 50 g
Dry white wine — 100 ml
Bacon strips — 12 pieces.
Ready puff pastry — 500 g
Flour — 2–3 tablespoons.
Salt — to taste
Freshly ground black pepper — to taste
Method
1. Wash up, put meat on a baking sheet, grease 1 tablespoon of oil of nut a macadamia, salt and pepper. Put in the oven warmed to 220 °C for 20 minutes. Cool to room temperature and rearrange for 20 minutes in the freezer.
2. Wash up, dry mushrooms and to cut in small pieces very much. Warm in a frying pan creamy and 2 tablespoons of oil of nut a macadamia. Lay out mushrooms and cook, often stirring slowly, 10 minutes. Salt, pour in wine and continue to cook until wine completely is evaporated, about 10 minutes. Allow mushrooms to cool down.
3. On the powdered flour of a surface to roll dough in a big rectangle. Spread out on the center, parallel to the short party of a rectangle, bacon strip so that they slightly found one on another. Lay out on the center a wide strip, parallel to the long party, a half of mushroom forcemeat.
4. Place on it fillet of beef and distribute on it the remained mushroom forcemeat. Wrap up meat the free ends of bacon.
5. Wrap meat in dough, having made an accurate seam on the center and having fastened side edges.
6. To cut off surplus of dough a knife. Put roll on a baking sheet a seam down, oil remained. A knife make according to dough superficial diagonal cuts at distance of 2 cm from each other. Put meat in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Bake roll in the oven of 30 minutes warmed to 200 °C. Before to cut for the portion to set aside 10 minutes.
