Finnish Potato Flat Cakes

"Fans of mchuny, try! The Finnish potato flat cakes will approach any dish"


Іngredients

potatoes - 5-6 pieces 
egg - 1 piece 
flour - 100 гр 
vegetable oil - 1 table a spoon 
salt - 0,5 teaspoons 
black pepper - to taste 

Method

Peel and boil potatoes until done, knead in mashed potatoes without lumps, add salt, pepper, egg and flour, to knead soft dough. 
Powder a table with flour, to thinly roll dough, cut out by means of a plate of flat cake, pin them a fork. 
Lay out flat cakes on a baking sheet the laid parchment paper. 
Bake in the warmed oven of minutes 15-20 to a flush. 
Very tasty potato flat cakes are ready.
