Vegetable oil — for frying
Fresh champignons — 50 g
Beef sirloin — 180 g
Cream — 100 ml
Sour cream — 50 ml
Cepes broth — 50 ml
Salt — to taste
Pepper — to taste
Greens — to taste
Method
1. Cut onions straws and fry till golden color. Slice mushrooms one size, add to onions and fry.
2. Add the beef sirloin cut across fibers, fry till golden color.
