"Very tasty jam, with a sour taste of a lemon and a kiwi!"

● 600 g of ripe kiwis
● 300 g of sugar
● 1 large lemon
● 100 ml of water
Method
Wash a lemon, to cut a half on quarters. To put in a pan the cut lemon, 100 g of sugar and water. Heat and cook on slow fire of 10 minutes. Clean a kiwi from a peel and cut into circles. Put in a pan to a lemon, add juice of the remained half of a lemon and sugar. Allow to begin to boil. Shift in a ceramic or glass bowl and leave for the night, having closed a film and not putting into the refrigerator. Return jam to a pan, allow to begin to boil and cook on average fire of 15-20 minutes stirring slowly. Pour jam in the sterilized cans and roll up. I had a full jar to 400 ml.
Bon appetit!
