Vegetable Soup On Chicken Broth

"For fans of soups. Very easy vegetable soup in preparation on chicken broth!"



Іngredients


1 chicken breast;
260 grams of potato;
2 small carrots;
250 grams of a cauliflower;
150 grams of tinned peas;
1 bulb;
Salt, pepper and spices to taste;
Greens: parsley, cilantro

Method


For a start we cook chicken breast broth, removing a skin. This process takes about 30 minutes, during this time we prepare vegetables: we wash, we clean, the mode into cubes everything, except onions and cabbage. Greens are largely chopped, and cabbage can just be divided into inflorescences for appearance.
After broth prepared put in it the cut vegetables and the whole bulb, salt, pepper and spices. We cook 20 minutes. 
Soup is almost ready, it was necessary to get from it a bulb, to put green peas and to sprinkle greens.
Soup needs to infuse about 10-15 minutes then it can be served.
