Haricot tinned (in Chile hot sauce) — 1 Bang.
Sheep cheese — 150 g
Cilantro (big) — 1 swell out.
Garlic (or to taste) — 1 tooth.
Method
We will cut sheep cheese a small cube.
Sheep cheese for this salad can be taken any, on the taste. It can be both Serbian, and Fetaki, and Bulgarian, with the only specification: sheep cheese shouldn't be too salty. It is necessary to choose grades more neutral to taste. I used the Bulgarian light-salted sheep cheese as it when hashing doesn't break up and keeps a cube form.
We will cut cilantro. Garlic we will small cut.
From a can with spicy tinned Chile haricot we will merge a part of liquid in separate capacity and we will set aside aside, it still is useful to us.
Haricot with the remained liquid is shifted in a salad bowl.
We add the cut sheep cheese, cilantro and small cut garlic. We mix. If necessary we add a part of earlier filtered sauce.
We decorate salad.
