Chicken Breast Salad

"Attention for growing thin! Salad from chicken will suit you for easy lunch!"


Іngredients


- Chinese salad (Chinese cabbage) of 300 g
- Pepper sweet red (paprika) of 1 piece.
- Apples (160 g) of 2 pieces.
- Vegetable oil of 20 ml
- Garlic of a segment of 1 piece.
- Chicken fillet of 200 g
- Salt of sea 3/4 tsps.
- The black pepper ground 1/2 tsps.
- Yogurt of natural 125 ml
- Mustard of the Dijon 2 tsps.
- Lemon juice of 5 ml
- Honey of buckwheat 15 g
- Fennel of dried 1 tsp.


Method


1) Carefully wash up lettuce leaves, dry up and cut thin strips. Peel pepper of seeds and thinly cut straws. Peel apple of seeds and a thin skin and too cut straws. Put everything in a bowl and slightly sprinkle lemon juice that apple didn't darken.
2) In a small amount of oil fry the crushed garlic glove to a golden shade, remove garlic.
3) On the flavored garlick oil fry strips of chicken fillet, salt and pepper. Don't overdry chicken that she didn't become dry, fry literally 5 minutes on average fire.
4) For dressing connect all ingredients and properly mix. For this dressing it is possible to use yogurt or sour cream. If you see the liquid which exfoliated from yogurt, merge it that the dressing was more dense. It is possible even to lay out yogurt on a sieve and to allow to flow down liquids within 15-20 minutes. Surely try ready dressing to adjust its taste depending on taste of the available components and the preferences.
5) Add the ready and slightly cooled down chicken to salad, mix well
