Method

2. Add the liver cut on small pieces and fry 5-7 minutes.
3. Salt, pepper and lay out in portion pots.
4. Part sour cream in 2 tablespoons of water, add flour. Warm up on low heat, mix well.
5. Fill in a liver with sour cream sauce and sprinkle grated cheese.
6. Bake in the oven warmed to 180ºC about 15-25 minutes until golden brown. When giving sprinkle green onions.
