"The biscuit Savoiardi cookies the simplest cookies to tea or coffee! Minimum of ingredients and absolutely simple recipe!"

Egg — 4 pieces.
Sugar — 125 g
Vanilla — 1 tsp.
Salt — ⅛ a tsp.
Flour — 115 g
Quantity of portions: 48 pieces.
Method
1. Warm an oven to 190 °C. Lay 3 baking sheets parchment or paper for pastries. Prepare a culinary bag with a usual round nozzle with a diameter of 1,25 cm.
2. Separate the whites from the yolks. Shake up yolks and a half sugar. Shake up till white color, not less than 5 minutes.
2. In other pure and dry bowl pure blades for the mixer beat whites in soft foam, gradually adding salt and the second half of sugar. Accurately connect whites to yolks, trying not to bring down volume.
3. Sift flour in a bowl with egg mix. Carefully mix.
4. Fill a culinary bag with a half of dough and transplant cookies of 9 cm in size ranks, leaving intervals of 4 cm between cookies. Repeat with the second half of dough.
5. Bake in the oven warmed to 190 °C about 15 minutes until cookies become firm and golden. Remove parchment with cookies from a baking sheet and put to cool down on a lattice. When cookies cool down, remove cookies from parchment. For storage put away in hermetically closed container, laying cookies layers wax paper.
