"Dear ladies! A gazpacho — a dish of Spanish cuisine. In hot summer day serve it cold!"

Celery stalk — 60 g
Fresh tomatoes — 4 pieces.
Cucumbers — 1 piece.
Onions — 0,25 pieces.
Paprika (red) — 1 piece.
Tomato juice or water (without gas) — 0,5 glass.
Lemon juice — to taste.
Garlic — 1 cloves.
Olive oil — 1,5 tablespoons.
ground black pepper — to taste.
Salt — to taste.
Oregano — to taste.
Greens — for giving.
Method
1. We cut tomatoes, paprika and onions randomly. The stalk of a celery is broken by hands and we clean rigid fibers.
2. The cucumber is peeled, we leave a part for ornament 1/4, we cut the rest on small parts. We put all vegetables in a blender cup, we add tomato juice, olive oil, garlic, an oregano.
3. We crush all until smooth, we add salt, freshly ground black pepper and lemon juice to taste. We spill on plates and we decorate with a branch of a fresh basil and the cucumber cut by a small cube, we add olive oil. We serve soup cooled.
