Apples Mini-Pies

"My dear, you want to return to the childhood? Here to you the grandmother's recipe of mini-pies with apples which will help you to feel children again!"



Іngredients


Dough:

Milk — 500 ml
Yeast — 50 g
Sugar — 0,66 glass.
Flour — 9 glass
Vanilla sugar — 1 tsp.
Butter — 100 g
Vegetable oil — 3 tablespoons.
Eggs — 2 pieces.
Salt — 1 pinch

Stuffing:

Apples sweet-sour — 4 pieces.
Sugar — 2-3 tablespoons.
Cinnamon — 1 tablespoon.

Method


1. We part yeast with warm water (0,2 glass.), we add a teaspoon of sugar and we cover with a film. When yeast rises a cap, we add a little flour, sugar, salt, vanilla. Further we add beaten-up eggs, the kindled butter, vegetable oil and warm milk. We mix well everything. We add the sifted flour and we knead a rake. When dough becomes dense, we put it on a silicone rug and we mix minutes 5-7. We put in capacity and we cover with a towel and in heat that "reached". After once again we mix.
2. For stuffing we cut apples in cubes, we add sugar, cinnamon, we mix. We spread apples on the cut-out forms from dough. We bake about 25-30 minutes at 180 °C.
