Avocado of 2 pieces.
Vegetable broth 1 cup
Coconut water 1 cup
Lime of 1 piece.
Ground caraway seeds 1,5 tsp.
Garlick powder 1/2 of a tsp.
Sea salt 1/2 of a tsp.
Tinned tomatoes 1/4 cups
Chopped cilantro of 3 tablespoons.
Chopped green onions of 3 tablespoons.
Shrimps of 10 pieces.
Coconut oil of 1 tablespoon.
Ground paprika to taste
Black ground pepper to taste
Method
In a bowl of the blender mix avocado pulp, vegetable broth, coconut water, a lime, ground caraway seeds, garlick powder, sea salt. Shake up until smooth. Postpone.
Warm a nonstick frying pan on average fire. Add coconut oil. Warm up.
Fry shrimps with a paprika, garlick powder and salt within 2 minutes from each party.
Pour cream soup on cups. From above lay out shrimps and canned tomatoes.
Avocado and shrimps soup usually give cold, but it is possible to eat it and warm. For this purpose warm up it on a plate or a frying pan.
