Banana Smoothie With Dates

"Lady, very useful Banana Smoothie With Dates! Refreshes in hot day and lightens the mood!"



Іngredients



the fat-free yogurt 1 glass
bananas of 2 pieces.
dried dates 1/2 of a cup
cubes of ice of 8 pieces.


Method


1. Cut dates in half and remove stones, cut bananas on small pieces.
2. Including ice cubes, place all ingredients in a bowl of the blender and shake up at a high speed.
3. Pour smoothie in the tall cooled glasses and serve.
