Sweet Tooth Cake


Ingredients


For dough:
130 g of butter,
200 g of sugar,
3 eggs,
200 g of flour,
1 h soda spoon,
lemon juice.

For cream:
300 g of fat, dense sour cream,
100 g of sugar,
1 banana.
For ornament:
50 g of chocolate,
2 tablespoons of berry syrup,
fresh berries for ornament.

Method

Kindle butter.
Add sugar and mix, hammer eggs on one.
Add soda the flour extinguished by juice of a lemon and sifted. To mix well everything.
Pour out in a form and bake in an oven at a temperature of 200 degrees of 30 minutes.
Cool and cut a ready cake layer on two parts.
Mix sour cream with sugar and leave for 20 minutes.
To shift the lower part of a cake layer to a dish and to impregnate with a part of cream.
Lay out a dense bed the banana cut circles.
To cut the top layer of a dry biscuit small slices. Dunk each piece into cream and lay out on a banana layer a hill. Put in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes.
Get from the refrigerator and pour with the kindled chocolate and strawberry syrup.
Decorate with fresh berries. Allow to infuse still a couple of hours and serve.
