The Danish Pancakes With Bilberry From Martha Stewart

Іngredients



Big eggs — 4 pieces.
Whole milk — 1 glass.
Flour — 1 glass.
Sugar — 0,25 glass.
Grated lemon dried peel — 0,5 tsp.
Salt — 0,25 tsp.
Butter — 2 tablespoons.
Bilberry — 1 glass.
Bilberry — for topping
Icing sugar — for topping


Method

To prepare four portion pancakes, four small pig-iron frying pans with a diameter of 15-16 cm will be necessary. And to bake one big pancake, the frying pan of 30 cm in the diameter will be necessary.

1. Warm an oven to 200ºC
2. Mix eggs, milk, flour, sugar, a lemon dried peel and salt in the blender. Heat small pig-iron frying pans or one big on a high heat. Add and kindle butter.
3. To evenly distribute dough and berries between frying pans.
4. Bake 15–20 minutes. Pancakes have to be reddened and grab.
5. Sprinkle on the Danish pancakes berries and the sifted icing sugar. Serve at once.
