Scalloped Potatoes With Garlic And Cream

"And again simple recipe! If you don't manage to prepare anything for arrival of the husband, scalloped potatoes with garlic and cream will be your rescue! Very tasty and simply!"



Іngredients




medium potatoes — 8 pieces.
garlic — 4 cloves
parsley — 1 bunch
vegetable oil — 4 tablespoons.
salt — to taste
pepper — to taste
heavy cream — 400 ml



Method



1. We warm an oven to 200ºC. We clean and wash potatoes, then we cut into thin slices (2–3 mm). Small we cut garlic and parsley.
2. We warm oil in a heavy bottomed frying pan on average fire. We spread potatoes slices, we mix a wooden spoon that all slices were covered with oil. We add salt, pepper. We continue to mix until we see how slices of potatoes become sticky.
3. We add garlic and we pour in cream, it is exactly so much how many it is necessary to cover completely potatoes slices, but no more. We diminish fire and we cook potatoes about five more minutes until cream a little thickens. Then we remove a frying pan from fire and we check spices for taste. It is possible to add salt or pepper to this moment if their quantity seems insufficient.
4. We add parsley to a dish. We fill with potatoes a baking dish. We bake in an oven of 20-30 minutes till golden-brown color.
