Pumpkin Soup

Ingredients



Pumpkin — 1 kg
Butter — 50 g
Cream — 250 ml
Saltpepper — to taste



Method

1Kindle oil at the bottom of a panAdd the pumpkin cut in cubes and stew a couple of minutes.
2Saltpepper and add 500 ml of water.
3Cook 20-30 minutes to a pumpkin softeningPyurirovat the blender.
4Pour in cream and warm upbut not bring to boiling.
5Serve with a sour cream spoon.
