Chicken fillet of Poe-Tuscan

"My dear, one more recipe of meat, indulge yourself with what that refined. Looks appetizingly and tasty!"


Іngredients



● Chicken breasts — 600-800 Grams
● Olive oil — 3 Tablespoons
● Rozmarin, a thyme — 1 Teaspoon (on 1 tsp)
● Parsley — 1 Teaspoon
● Salt, pepper — To taste
● the Mozzarella — 3\4 Glasses
● Tomato sauce — 1,5 Cups
● Parmesan — 1\2 Glasses
● butter — 2 Tablespoons


Method


Prepare products. Cover chicken with mix of olive oil with herbs. Fry chicken breast till golden color. Lay out tomato sauce on chicken. Sprinkle on chicken cheese a mozzarella and parmesan. Lay out oil pieces on cheese. Bake at 220 degrees so far cheese won't melt.
