French Salad

"You wait for friends for dinner and you don't know what to prepare? Undertake safely preparation of salad. This nourishing French salad can be served as a main course."



Іngredients



Small potatoes — 500 g.
Olive oil — 2 tablespoons.
The red onions cut on 6 parts — 1–2 pieces.
Bacon strips which are largely cut — 4 pieces. 
The cut mushrooms — 150 g.
Mustard in grains — 1 tsp.
Red wine vinegar — 1 tablespoon.
Arugula or salad mix — 100 g
Blue cheese — 85 g.
Salt — to taste.
Pepper — to taste.


Method

1. Heat an oven to 220 ºС. It is good to wash and cut potatoes on 4 parts. Lay out on a baking sheet, then sprinkle 1 tablespoon of oil and sprinkle a small amount of salt.
2. Bake within 20 minutes, then add the cut red onions. Bake 20 more minutes that potatoes gained golden-brown color, and onions zakaramelizovatsya. Allow to cool down a little.

3. In a nonstick frying pan to fry bacon until crisp. Add the cut mushrooms, fry 5 more minutes until they become soft.
