Pastrami From A Turkey

"Dear ladies, if you have planned a family dinner and you want to surprise the relatives by all means make pastrami from a turkey. I assure you all will be delighted!"



Іngredients



breast of a turkey
2 l. water
2 tbsps of salt
1-2 garlic gloves
favourite seasonings


Method

1. We dissolve salt in cold water, we lower a breast and we leave for 12 hours.
2. Later time we wash out a breast and we dry.
3. We warm an oven to a maximum. Garlic is squeezed out through a press, we mix with a curry, Chile, a paprika, a turmeric or Provence herbs - choose any spices.
4. The breast is densely drawn by threads, we grate with mix of seasonings and we send to an oven for 15-20 minutes, depends on the size of a turkey. After the end of preparation we leave a dish in an oven before full cooling.
