Small banana — 1 piece.
Honey — 2 tsp.
Fried coconut flakes or seeds of flax — 2 tsp.
Method
1. Clean and cut banana into circles.
2. Lay out a dessert layers in transparent glasses: yogurt, granola, banana, honey and coconut flakes.
3. Serve a granola with yogurt and bananas at once.
