Meat Roll With Vegetables

"Dear women, I hurry to share with you the recipe of wonderful meat roll with vegetables. This tasty roll will precisely please your men!"



Ingredients



* meat (fillet) — 1 kg
* carrots — 2 pieces.
* asparagus haricot — 1 handful
* paprika — 1 piece.
* root of a celery and parsley
* coriander
* mustard
* lemon juice
* salt, pepper
* butter

Method



1) Boil and cut carrots segments.
2) Slightly to weld asparagus haricot. If preserved — to merge excess liquid.
3) Sweet pepper to cut in small cubes.
4) In meat fillet to make a cut, dividing meat on 2 flat speak rapidly, but not up to the end. To slightly beat off meat on both sides and to grate with mix of mustard and lemon juice. Sprinkle spices.
5) On all surface of meat to lay out, haricot, carrots, the crushed roots of a celery and parsley, sweet pepper. From above to lay out pieces of butter and to twirl densely in roll. 
6) Tie with thread and lay out in a form for roasting.
7) Bake at a temperature of 200 degrees until done, pouring with the emitted juice from roll from time to time.
