Ingredients
200 g frozen cherries,
25 g gelatin,
100 g of condensed milk,
2 cups of water,
50 g sugar,
2 of the glass.
Method
Wet gelatin in cool water before swelling.
Defreeze and fill in cherries with a glass of water. Cook 7-10 minutes. Decant berries and from liquid.
Add sugar, a half of gelatin to cherry syrup and to heat. Set aside aside.
Heat the remained gelatin about 1/4 glasses of water and add condensed milk.
Install glasses in an inclination and record.
To fill in serially white red to cool each layer on cold about 15-20 minutes.
Right at the end to put glasses directly and to fill in the remained layer. Put into the refrigerator to serving.
