Chicken In Kefir

● Chicken breast (fillet) — 600 g
● Kefir (low-fat) — 1 glass
● Fennel, 
● garlic, 
● pepper — to taste


Method


1. Add small cut fennel, the crushed garlic and ground pepper to kefir, mix thoroughly. 
2. Cut a breast on portion pieces, lower them in kefiric mix and let's pomarinovatsya 30–60 minutes.
