Salmon With Cream And Rice

Dear ladies, you want to surprise the man? Prepare a salmon with cream and rice! And it is forever yours!


Іngredients



The whole salmon, silver salmon, salmon or other red fish — 1 kg
Heavy cream — 150 ml
Green onions — 1 bunch
Long-grain rice — 1 glass.
Water — 2,5 1 glass.
Salt — to taste
Pepper — to taste


Method


1. Put to be boiled water in a pan, wash out rice several times, fill up in water, salt and leave on the weakest fire under a cover.
2. Skin fish, separate meat from bones and cut convenient pieces.
3. In a frying pan heat vegetable oil, put the cut fish, salt, pepper, mix.
4. Fill in fish with cream, bring to boiling and leave on weak fire for 2–3 minutes.
5. Add small chopped onions to fish, mix and it is possible to disconnect fire.
6. By this time rice has to cook. Splash in it a little olive oil, mix, spread out on plates. Over rice put a good portion of a salmon with cream.
