Ingredients
Arborio rice — 1 glass.
The large peeled shrimps — 450 g
Rings of squids — 220 g
Tomato paste — 1 tablespoon.
Olive oil — 0,25 glass.
Garlic — 1 clove
Broth — 2 glass.
Saffron — 1 pinch
Sweet paprika — 1 tsp.
Salt — to taste
Pepper — to taste
Lime or lemon — for giving
Method
1. Heat olive oil on a heavy bottomed frying pan. Shrimps to season with salt and pepper, to fry on a high heat about 2 minutes until they are reddened on the one hand. Shift shrimps to a plate.
2. Add rice to a frying pan and cook, stirring slowly, 2 minutes.
3. Add tomato paste, a paprika, the crushed garlic and a pinch of a saffron. Cook, stirring slowly, about 1 minute until rice is reddened.
4. Pour in broth and bring to boiling. Cook about 10 minutes until rice absorbs in itself a half of liquid.
5. Reduce fire to a minimum and cook about 8 minutes until rice becomes soft, and liquid won't be absorbed completely.
6. Lay out on rice of a ring of squids and shrimps, to cover and cook on slow fire about 2 minutes.
7. Serve a ready paella in a frying pan together with lime segments.
