"If among your friends there are vegetarians, try to prepare for a guakamola. They will be pleasantly surprised with your care. Traditionally to a guakamola eat with any chips and bread."
Іngredients
Ripe avocado — 2 pieces.
Onions — 0,5 pieces.
Green hot pepper — 0,5 pieces.
Garlic — 2 cloves
Lime juice — 1 piece.
Cilantro — 1 bunch
Cumin — 0,25 tsp.
Salt — to taste
Black pepper — to taste
Method
1. Peel avocado, cut in half, to remove a stone, and to lay pulp in a blender bowl.
2. There add largely cut onions, a hot pepper (it is possible to use marinated, previously having removed a membrane and seeds), a bunch of cilantro and other ingredients and spices.
3. Crush blender contents to uniformity, try and at desire add a little water to bring to a guakamola to a desirable consistence. It is ready!
