● 1 liter of milk
● 200 g of chocolate (bitter or dairy)
● 2-3 tbsps of starch (potato)
Method
To dissolve starch in 1 glass of milk. To pour out other milk in a pan, to deliver on average fire, to add chocolate. To heat until chocolate isn't dissolved. Then to add milk with starch, it is good to mix, heat until weight doesn't begin to get denser. To clean from fire. To give hot.
