Italian Dessert of Semifreddo

"Semifreddo - as soon as I hear this word, at once I represent myself on streets of Milan, sitting in cozy cafe and enjoying this classical Italian dessert. And if isn't present now there is no opportunity to depart to Italy, and a dessert and attracts, then here the excellent recipe of the real Italian semifreddo!"



Ingredients


Egg — 2 pieces.
Cream of 35% — 250 ml
Sugar — 30 g
Candied fruits — 70 g
Berries — 100 g
Pistachios — 50 g
Vanilla sugar — to taste


Method



1. Separate the egg yolks from the whites and shake up them with sugar to a condition of light weight. Now beat whites to a condition of abrupt foam. Finally shake up cream and accurately mix all three components until smooth. Add pistachios, candied fruits, berries and mix thoroughly.
2. Shift the received weight in silicone capacity. If at you such isn't present, you can use any other, previously having greased it with butter and having laid food wrap. Put it in the freezer for 5 hours.
3. After semifreddo freezes, turn it on a dish and sprinkle berries. And it is possible just to fill in with sweet sauce. It is ready!
