Method
Chicken thighs boil until tender and cool. To separate the meat from the bones.
Finely chop the chicken meat and arrange on the dish around the glass.
To put on a layer of meat mayonnaise grid. Spread finely chopped prunes.
A layer of boiled finely chopped eggs and mayonnaise.
A layer of grated boiled carrots. The layer of mayonnaise. Season with a little salt to taste.
A layer of grated cheese. Well fluff with mayonnaise.
Spread thin slices of kiwi.
To remove the glass and decorate with pomegranate seeds.
Salad "Ladies fantasy" is ready. Let the salad infuse in the refrigerator for 1 hour and serve for the holiday table.
