GILTHEAD 2 pieces
LEMONS 1 piece
BAY LEAF of 4 g
OLIVE OIL of 70 ml
PAPRIKA 1 tablespoon
SALT
Method
1. Peel, draw fish, to wash out carefully inside and outside. Dry tissues and grate with a small amount of salt. Cut a lemon in half; postpone one half, to cut the second thin circles. Put in an internal cavity of each fish 2–3 circles of a lemon and on 2 laurel leaves. Warm an oven to 190 C.
2. Cover a baking sheet with the sheet of parchment. Mix olive oil with a paprika. Put fish on a baking sheet and to pour generously with this mix. Put in an oven and bake 10 min. Pour ready fish with the juice which is squeezed out of the remained half of a lemon and at once to serve the Gilthead from a limonomdorad with a lemon
