Іngredients
200-230 гр. cookies (like "Anniversary");
100 g. sweet cream butter;
60 g. coconut flakes;
50 g. sugar;
30 g. cocoa powder;
1 egg
Center:
250-350 g. icing sugar;
60 g. sweet cream butter;
2-3 tbsps of milk;
Vanillin / vanilla sugar to taste (facultatively)
Top layer:
200 g. bitter chocolate;
2 tbsps of butter
Method
1) On low heat to kindle butter (100 g.), to mix with sugar and cocoa powder (to sift). Stir. To slightly beat egg a fork, 1 minute (it is possible to add a salt pinch), to gradually pour in it in oil mix. Cook, stirring slowly, about 2 minutes (mix has to thicken) to remove from fire.
2) Add crushed (to a small crumb) cookies and coconut flakes. Stir.
3) Slightly to grease a form with sides with butter, to lay out a basis and to stamp. Send to the refrigerator for an hour.
4) For the center to connect icing sugar, oil and it is a little milk, to shake up. If necessary to add a little more powder - the layer has to be initially dense since during cooling will practically not harden.
5) Apply cream over a basis. Put into the refrigerator for 40-60 minutes.
6) On a water bath to kindle chocolate with oil, to cool a little and to evenly cover a dessert.
7) Cool before hardening, cut and serve.
