Salad Instant

Ingredients

Potatoes 2

Eggs 2

The processed cheese 2

Pickled cucumbers 2

Mayonnaise 2 tbsp. 

Parsley (green) 1 

Method

Boil eggs and potatoes, cool and clean.

In a bowl dice the potatoes and eggs.

Add the cubes sliced eggs and cheese.

Add the finely chopped parsley and mayonnaise.

Stir and put into bowls.

Ready salad garnish with sprigs of parsley.
