Tortilla

" The well-known Spanish tortilla, an omelet from eggs with potatoes and greens, a tasty and simple dish for every day."

Ingredients


Potatoes of 3 pieces
Bulb of 1 piece
Eggs of 3 pieces
Vegetable oil of 2 tablespoons.
Greens for ornament
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Method

To peel onions and potatoes.
Cut potatoes strawsonions half ringsFry on vegetable oil to a readiness floor.
Eggs to beatsalt and pepper a little.
Fill in eggs in a frying pan and cover with a cover.
Cook a couple of minutes and turn as a pancakeCook 1-2 more minutes.
Lay out on a plate and decorate with greens.
