Linguini — 500 g
Green basil — 1 big bunch
Garlic — 2 cloves
Pine nuts — 2 tablespoons.

Pecorino or parmesan — 100 g

Method
1. At a basil remove stalks, chop leaves. Put the peeled garlic, nuts, salt and leaves of a basil in a mortar; pound in homogeneous mass.
