Lokhikeytto

"Dear ladies try to prepare Lokhikeytto – the Finnish creamy salmon soup."



Іngredients



- 3 tbsps olive oil
- 1 bunch of onions leek
- 3 glasses + 1 tbsp of water
- 1 bay leaf
- 340 g of potatoes
- 340 g of fillet of a salmon
- 3/4 glasses of cream
- 1 tbsps of starch
- 1 tablespoons of butter
- salt and pepper
- fresh parsley or fennel
- lemon 


Method


1. In a big pan heat olive oil and stew onions. 
2. As soon as onions became soft, pour in 3 glasses of water and throw bay leaf. 
3. Bring to boiling.
4. Reduce fire and lay out potatoes. 
5. Cover and cook until the readiness of potatoes.
6. Lay out in a pan a salmon and you cook about 5 minutes.
7. Then pour in cream and mix.
8. Prepare gruel, having mixed starch with 1 tablespoon of water, stirring slowly until dissolved starch.
9. Add this gruel to soup and you cook so far soup won't thicken.
10. Throw butter, mix and remove from fire.
11. Salt and pepper to taste.
12. Powder with enough the cut parsley or fennel.
13. When giving squeeze out lemon juice at desire.
