Burrito With Chicken And Vegetables

"And if, my dear, you want to please yourself with what that tasty and spicy, safely undertake preparation of burrito. You didn't try it yet!"



Ingredients



Tortilla — 4 pieces.
Red onions — 1 piece.
Tinned corn — 150 g
Tinned haricot — 70 g
Lime juice — 2 tsp.
Parsley — to taste
Salt — to taste
Chicken fillet — 3 pieces.
Vegetable oil — 2 tablespoons.
Lettuce leaves — 1 bunch
Sour cream — 150 ml
Red pepper — 0,25 tsp.


Method


1. Cut in cubes onions and tomatoes. Crush parsley.
2. Lay out corn, haricot, tomatoes in a bowl. Salt, pepper.
3. Chicken fillet to cut in small cubes.
4. In a frying pan to warm vegetable oil on average fire. Fry fillet within 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Add 2 teaspoons of juice of a lime and 0,25 teaspoons of red pepper and to cook 1 more minute, stirring constantly. Remove from fire.
5. Cut lettuce leaves.
6. On flat cake to lay out 2 tablespoons of mixed vegetables, pieces of chicken and it is a little salad. From above to lay out 1 tablespoon of sour cream and to wrap flat cake.
