Fried Cheese Salad

"Fried cheese salad a novelty in the field of cookery! Try, you won't regret!"

Adygei cheese-200 of 
Salad romaine-100 of

Method

Susamyr

Method

1. Cut onions, fry to transparency with oil addition.

4. Part sour cream in 2 tablespoons of water, add flour. Warm up on low heat, mix well.
5. Fill in a liver with sour cream sauce and sprinkle grated cheese.
6. Bake in the oven warmed to 180ºC about 15-25 minutes until golden brown. When giving sprinkle green onions.

Paste With Bacon And Peas

Ready chicken broth in cubes (optionally) — 1 piece.
Macaroni cockleshells — 400 g
Olive oil — to taste
The frozen peas — 300 g
Fat sour cream — 2 tablespoons.
Lemon — 1 piece.
Method

1. Small we cut bacon, we clean stalks from mint leaves. We grate parmesan on a grater.

3. We cook macaroni on a packet instruction.
4. Bacon is fried together with pepper till golden color and a crisp.

Parfait With A Kiwi And Pineapple

1,5 glasses of pieces of pineapple

Method
